207 individuals completed the Community-Based Rehabilitation Program (CBDRP) in the Municipality of Midsayap and were recognized during the graduation ceremony held at Ace Royale Function Hall on September 18, 2020.
Said individuals were identified as People Who Used Drugs (PWUDs) and Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) who underwent the CBDRP facilitated by the Local Government Unit of Midsayap through the Office of the Municipal Health Services.
The Batch 4 PWUDs who graduated from the CBDRP were from Poblacion 1 (7), Poblacion 3 (14), Poblacion 7 (19), Lower Katinggawan (36), Lagumbingan (5), Central Katinggawan (8), Anonang (7), Upper Bulanan (12), Central Labas (32), and Upper Labas (46).
Twenty-one (21) PDL from the different barangays of Midsayap also graduated the CBRDP.
Present during the graduation ceremony were Mayor Romeo D. Arańa, Councilor Chelin Monica J. Arańa, Mila Bayog, SB Secretary and GAD Focal Person, PLTCOL. John Miridel Calinga, Chief of Police of PNP Midsayap, Dr. Amymone Rayray, Municipal Health Officer, Niel Joyce Liansing, PDEA Cotabato Provincial Officer and Nelson Mendez from DOH-XII.
The CBRDP was implemented through the Gender and Development Fund of LGU Midsayap and in partnership with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), Philippine National Police, Department of Health, Department of the Interior and Local Government, the Provincial Government of Cotabato, and the various barangay government units in Midsayap.
